A brief introduction...

I am not entirely sure that a mission statement is a requisite to establishing a collective such as this... Any proclamation that I could issue addressing the need for solidarity amongst disenfranchised wordsmiths would be a mere effigy of other, more profound, calls to arms. As such, I'll leave the proselytizing to the fanatics.

Ultimately, what I hope this page represents is a catalyst for creativity amongst the various authors that intend to utilize it. No more, no less. It shall be a forum wherein one can find eager ears and trusted (if not valued- hehe) opinions on one's latest artistic ventures. Glean what you can from the interaction, find edification where possible, and leave before our insanity completely pervades your thoughts.

While perhaps not as bold a proclamation as saying one wishes to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, or to boldly go where no man has gone before... (had to do it Ew) our quest is certainly still profound. While we may be sailing charted waters, we intend to thrive in the places once thought uninhabitable. Hopefully we each contain the courage of our convictions.
